Create/Change/Forgot Your PIN
What is a PIN?
A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a number you choose that enables you to access your patron record online and place holds. You may create your PIN by speaking with Customer Services, or by using the library’s online catalog in the library or from work/home/school.
PIN Problems:
For your protection, difficulty with PIN’s must be handled IN PERSON; staff will not be able to give assistance over the phone. Please bring your library card and at least one form of photo identification to Customer Services at either library location.
